Newly renovated 1946 cottage located on half an acre lot within the North Stephen Foster neighborhood. The 1308 sq ft house is set away from the road offering plenty of privacy including a large back patio with an outdoor dining space and charcoal grill. The interiors boast beautifully designed furnishings to create a welcoming space for gatherings among family and friends. The property offers the newest amenities with all the upgrades including a restored electric vintage fireplace.

Our home offers a quaint cozy feel with a beautiful electric fireplace in the living room. All three (3) bedrooms are all upstairs giving privacy away from the common areas on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your favorite meals or you can grill outside on the patio for game day. The huge yard is spacious and peaceful offering a bonfire pit and plenty of room for everyone including your furry friends!
Other Details to Note
All three (3) bedrooms are on the 2nd floor so climbing stairs is required. Please park in front yard closest to the house. The property can accommodate (6) adults max for an overnight stay. If guests want to host a gathering; we have a (12) person maximum at all times. Please Note: Any special gatherings need to be approved by host with an additional fee. Thank you.

The location is only 4 miles from UF Shands, and not far from all the amenities Gainesville has to offer.
